Kelly & Associates specializes in assisting businesses with liquor license applications. Since 1988, our firm has been assisting publicly owned corporations, as well as locally owned and operated businesses, in the St. Louis Metropolitan area and throughout Missouri.

Our services include processing business license applications, registering tax accounts, applying for occupancy permits and zoning regulations, restaurant and environmental health permits including compliance regulations, alcohol beverage license including compliance regulations, public safety requirements and community established restrictions. For special events, we also provide temporary catering and festival permits.

In addition to processing applications and handling bureaucratic details, we often become involved in grassroots community action, providing guidance for proposed new businesses by contacting elected officials, local residential and business associations and public safety officials. We prepare our clients for public hearings and attend, and often mediate, community meetings. We are well-versed in offering solutions to common concerns that affect the business and residential communities.
