New Business
We consult and advise new clients on all the necessary licenses and permits required for their proposed businesses. Clients are then provided an estimate of license/service fees, and a formulated plan customized to the client's budget and timeline. We then compile information and documents, complete applications, and file them with the appropriate govenment agencies.
Established Business
We keep a database of all clients' license expiration dates, and contact them in advance to request information and documents required for renewal applications. We also assist with reporting changes or updates to all necessary agencies.

Established in 1988, Kelly & Associates specializes in assisting businesses with liquor license applications in the St. Louis Metropolitan area and throughout the State of Missouri.
Services include preparing and filing liquor license applications, business license applications, registering tax accounts, applying for occupancy permits and zoning regulations, restaurant and environmental health permits including compliance regulations, alcohol beverage license including compliance regulations, public safety requirements and community established restrictions. For special events, we also provide temporary catering and festival permits.
